what is a well-being coach?
Well, it can look like many different things for different coaches, but for me it means taking into consideration all areas of life that factor into our overall well-being. As an Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, I help guide you in mind, body, and spirit. Together, we will dive into the root cause of your symptoms, create a movement and nourishment plan, build sustainable habits, manage stress, create boundaries, and practice mindfulness. I will help you to become more in tune with your body so you can live your most authentic life. A wellbeing coach is similar to a health coach in the way that the coach can offer assistance and insight to lifestyle, mindset, nutrition, and movement to help you find your answers. As a certified health coach, certified personal trainer, and certified yoga teacher, I've added to that definition to incorporate coaching you through your movement and nutrition as well. With the added certifications of trainer and yoga instructor, I am able to combine all of the aspects mentioned above to create a program that enhances the entire wellbeing.
Do I have to train like you?
Nope! While a lot of my clients choose to work with me because they are interested in lifting and hypertrophy training, not all do. I work with you to find what feels best in YOUR body. Movement is meant to be enjoyable, and outlet, and something that makes you feel good! If lifting isn’t for you, don’t worry, we will create a movement plan that fits your needs.
How does scheduling and payment work?
For your free discovery call, you are able to book through the “DISCOVERY CALL” button at the top of the page. If you decide to work with me, you will receive a Calendly link to schedule your sessions for the month after your payment has been made. Packages are billed monthly through Stripe with a minimum of three months. Once you have paid that month, you will receive the link to the month’s calendar. Most clients select the same time & day of the week at the frequency we meet for consistency on both ends.
what is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel, or reschedule, up to 24 hours in advance. After 24 hours, you will lose that session. Rescheduling must happen within the month of the purchased package because of the billing process.
can I work with you longer than 12 weeks?
Of course! I am here to support and guide you as long as you need. I absolutely love working with clients for longer than the first twelve weeks, we’ve built a relationship! My longest client has been with me for two and a half years (since I first started) and we have built such a great and long lasting connection as not only coach & client, but friends as well. Plus, I will always be here for you if you stop and decide to start again, I’m your biggest cheerleader!
